Executive Coaching

The most effective leaders are lifelong learners. Accomplished executives understand there is always room to improve key leadership capabilities. And executive coaching is one of the most effective ways to keep building your skills.

How It Works

Structured, 1:1 coaching to enhance select leadership capabilities, in the context of real-world business challenges, on a foundation of key personal and organizational values.

  • Initial discovery conversation(s)

  • Use of validated assessment instruments (optional)

  • 1:1 coaching sessions every 2-3 weeks

  • “Homework assignments” to practice leadership skills in real-life business settings

  • Supplemental reading material, videos, Ted talks, other training resources

  • Qualitative assessment of impact at mid-point and concluding meetings

  • Continuation of coaching relationship (optional)

Characteristics of Great Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is not training, therapy, or a quick fix. It is a structured, intentional partnership focused on asking better questions so leaders can think more clearly and act more effectively.

A one-on-one developmental partnership for current and future senior executives

Focused on skill growth in real-life business situations – not esoteric, academic, theoretical concepts

A confidential space for reflection, learning, growth, and maybe even a little fun

An investment in high-performing, high-potential leaders - not typically a “fix it” situation, although this applies occasionally
