Fees

TP Leadership fees are simple and market-competitive

It’s $500 per hour for Terry’s services, regardless of whether it’s an hour of executive coaching, an hour spent designing a Leadership & Talent Development strategy, or an hour of preparing for or facilitating a leadership meeting or training program.

  • How Engagements Are Structured

    Following initial exploratory conversation(s) to discuss your needs, Terry will provide a written estimate outlining:

    - Services to be provided
    - Scope and timing of work
    - Estimated fees

    Initial exploratory conversations are free and intended to ensure alignment before beginning a formal engagement.

  • Exploratory Conversations

    Exploratory discussions can take place by phone or video.

    Terry is also happy to arrange an in‑person meeting when appropriate. If travel is required for exploratory meeting(s), any necessary travel expenses would be covered by the client.

  • Longer Engagements

    For executive coaching engagements of six months or longer, or for other larger engagements, Terry is happy to discuss appropriate discounted pricing from the standard hourly rate.
